We are proud to be your Lake Iliff Community Club Board & Trustee members. We are all volunteers, so please be patient in getting a response.  Please feel free to contact any of us with any concerns, questions, or suggestions.  See you this summer! Activities committee

The Activities Committee is responsible for planning events throughout the season. The committee meets to plan and host these events (Movie Nights, Potluck dinners, Water Carnival, Garage Sale, Hawaiian Luau to name a few!)

grounds and maintenance

The Grounds and Maintenance Committee assist to keep the buildings, boat area, and beach functioning. They are a important part to make sure our beach is kept pristine and safe for all members!

welcoming

The Member Welcoming Committee plans an event at the beginning of every season to welcome new members and allow members to “meet & greet” the Board & Trustees.

Amenities

Our lake offers a beautiful sunset lake view of Lake Iliff. A fire pit, picnic tables and grills make for amazing BBQs. Our beach house complete with a men’s and women’s separate bathrooms and a refrigerator provides for storage for our lake items.

Through the adjoining property’s path, you will find our Boat/Fishing Dock and boat storage area (member’s only—which is yearly fee). Fishing is allowed off of this dock area or launch your boat to fish anywhere on the lake (no fishing allowed in the swimming area).

We strive to improve our lake club every year! Donations from our members make these items much more manageable to accomplish every season and are greatly appreciated!
